LIFE CYCLE OF THE BAY SCALLOP

An informational 3D modeling poster of a life cycle created during my semester studies with Zbrush. I chose to visualize the life cycle of the bay scallop due to the scarcity of proper references and 3D representations of the earlier life stages of the bay scallop in particular, as well as to capture the beauty of the species itself. In creating this piece I learned proficiency in Zbrush and how to utilize Photoshop for composition, and how to navigate the challenge of creating visuals of subjects for which references are scarce.
